If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• All items must be in resellable condition
• A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of used devices.

How to Start a Return

2. We’ll respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.
3. Ship your item back using the provided return details.
4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or received the wrong item? No problem!

We’re happy to offer exchanges for:

• Incorrect or defective products.
• Items damaged during shipping.

Return Shipping Costs

• If your return is due to a product defect or our error, we cover shipping.
• For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Final Sale Items

Please note: discounted or final sale items are not eligible for returns unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
