MyoEdge Lip Trainer™
The MyoEdge Lip Trainer™ is designed to support proper oral posture by improving lip seal and strengthening the muscles responsible for healthy lip function. Many patients experience lip incompetence and reduced tone in the orbicularis oris muscle, which can lead to excessive mentalis activation during swallowing and at rest. Over time, this imbalance may affect comfort, muscle coordination, and habitual lip closure.
By directly engaging the peri-oral muscles, the Lip Trainer™ helps promote a more efficient, relaxed lip seal while reducing unnecessary chin tension. With consistent use, patients may experience:

Lip Strength and Seal Training
The Lip Trainer™ focuses on strengthening the lips to help develop a natural and consistent lip seal. An integrated strap tether allows controlled resistance training in multiple directions, making it possible to target specific peri-oral muscles as needed.
The device can be used in two ways based on treatment goals. It may be used with the strap tether for active resistance training, or as a standalone trainer using the lip seal board to improve strength and endurance at rest. This flexibility allows the Lip Trainer™ to be used in both structured therapy sessions and simple daily exercises.
